Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive issue resolution and timely support
* Foster seamless collaboration between customers and technical teams to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
* Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media
* Drive customer satisfaction by providing personalized solutions, clear explanations, and additional information on services
* Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner
* Develop and distribute accurate, timely reports to inform business decisions
* Leverage expertise in online CRM software and call centre dialers to optimize customer interactions
* Monitor and maintain complex network infrastructure, including Fiber Optic, ISP, and OLT systems
* Ensure high-quality service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders, upholding the organization's standards and reputation
