* Drive inventory management by analyzing stock levels and forecasting requirements to meet daily and monthly demands. * Lead the receipt of products from suppliers and vendors, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery. * Architect and implement a robust cycle counting process, supporting both internal and external audits on a monthly basis. * Conduct rigorous quality checks on received products, verifying batch numbers and expiry dates through random sampling. * Monitor stock movement trends to guarantee timely product availability and minimize stockouts. * Manage accurate and up-to-date documentation of supplier and vendor information. * Troubleshoot store management issues to ensure uninterrupted operations and resolve problems promptly. * Oversee precise stock reconciliation, encompassing receiving, issuance, movement, return, and transfer of products. * Resolve user complaints and address faulty product issues in a timely and professional manner. * Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
