* Drive the development of personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life for patients with diverse conditions, including neurological, neuromusculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and respiratory disorders. * Architect and review clinical management plans in collaboration with medical professionals, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. * Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services, utilizing specialized techniques such as rehabilitation, lifestyle medicine, and clinical methods to promote exercise and movement among patients. * Educate patients and their caregivers on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise programs, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery and well-being. * Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices, adopting innovative and evidence-based treatments to continuously improve patient care. * Uphold professional standards, adhere to ethical guidelines, and comply with regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest level of integrity and quality in physiotherapy services. * Manage accurate and up-to-date patient records, collecting and analyzing data to inform treatment decisions and project activities. * Provide support for project activities as needed, contributing to the overall success of the program and the well-being of its participants. * Lead safeguarding efforts, ensuring the safety and well-being of program participants, team members, and individuals who interact with the organization, and promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and protection. * Champion the implementation of safeguarding policies and standards, providing guidance, support, and expertise to establish a safe working environment and prevent harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation. * Activate safeguarding reporting procedures in response to reportable incidents, encouraging others to do the same, and fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and responsibility.
