Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead legal risk management through proactive mapping and internal audits to ensure compliance and mitigate potential threats
* Architect and implement effective litigation and dispute resolution strategies to protect organizational interests
* Drive financial integrity by investigating and handling misappropriation cases, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact
* Champion regulatory compliance, licensing, and contract management to maintain a strong governance framework
* Foster a positive and compliant work environment by:
* Developing and enforcing employee service manuals and authorized service rules
* Managing disciplinary processes and labor compliance to ensure fairness and transparency
* Overseeing compensation and benefits compliance to attract and retain top talent
* Designing and implementing a grievance addressing and resolving system to promote employee satisfaction
* Upholding the code of conduct and ethics to maintain a culture of integrity
* Streamlining exit management processes to ensure seamless transitions
* Aligning HR policies with government regulations to minimize risk and ensure compliance
* Managing internal disciplinary committees to address employee conduct and performance issues
* Conducting HR audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize HR functions
Requirements
