Interactive Theatre Associate

* Drive the development and implementation of interactive theatre activities to foster peacebuilding and social cohesion between Rohingya and host communities. * Architect and lead youth theatre groups, script development, and performance organization to promote positive change and community engagement. * Manage logistics, equipment, and budget tracking to ensure seamless execution of theatre events and activities. * Facilitate community theatre performances, followed by interactive discussions and dialogues, to encourage audience participation and reflection on key social issues. * Collaborate with project teams and local authorities to ensure effective programme delivery and community engagement in a humanitarian context. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including training plans, session modules, scripts, and performance materials. * Capture and report key learnings, programme outcomes, and impact of interactive theatre activities to inform future programme development. * Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including community leaders, project teams, and local authorities, to ensure successful programme implementation. * Coordinate with the project team to identify effective delivery methods and support the arrangement of community events. * Ensure safe and responsible use of equipment, and manage inventory and supply requisitions to support programme activities. * Provide regular progress updates and reports to the line manager, highlighting artistic activity and programme impact.
