Key Responsibilities
* Architect and deliver engaging academic curricula, ensuring seamless integration of theoretical and practical learning experiences across semesters
* Drive innovative instruction, leveraging hands-on approaches to reinforce key concepts in laboratory, field, and classroom settings
* Spearhead curriculum modernization, aligning course content with industry trends, agrotech advancements, and Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) to foster market-ready skills
* Design and deploy customized training modules for diverse stakeholders, including farmers, field assistants, and entrepreneurs, to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application
* Develop, administer, and score comprehensive assessments, including quizzes, presentations, and exams, to evaluate student performance and progress
* Ensure impartial and calibrated grading, adhering to BTEB technical education standards, and maintain expertise in relevant regulations and guidelines
* Facilitate enriching field attachments, placing final-semester students in government and private agricultural enterprises for immersive practical training and industry exposure
* Champion institutional outreach and representation, engaging with stakeholders through seminars, meetings, and community promotional campaigns to foster partnerships and collaboration
* Provide strategic leadership in stakeholder engagements, liaising with key organizations, including BTEB, DAE, DoF, DLS, DEO, UEO, and local communities, to advance institutional interests
* Monitor and ensure compliance with BTEB guidelines, regulatory circulars, and policy updates, maintaining institutional currency and adherence to relevant standards
* Oversee critical administrative portfolios, including laboratory, farm, library, and student hostel management, to ensure operational excellence and facilities maintenance
* Lead co-curricular and cultural initiatives, including research events, sports, and cultural programming, to foster institutional spirit, civic awareness, and community engagement
* Foster a safe and supportive work environment, ensuring the implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures to protect team members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation
* Promote and endorse safeguarding standards, providing guidance and expertise to team members, and encouraging adherence to reporting procedures in case of incidents
* Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support institutional goals and objectives
