* Drive sales growth in assigned areas by achieving targets and expanding the customer base for Corporate SIM Cards and ICT products. * Prospect and acquire new customers through field visits, lead generation, and validation to fuel business expansion. * Foster existing customer relationships through upselling and cross-selling strategies, ensuring timely delivery of products and services. * Negotiate and close sales deals with customers, securing agreements and ensuring seamless product delivery. * Deliver exceptional customer experiences, providing support and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. * Verify customer identities through biometric authentication, adhering to supervisor guidance and company protocols. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
