Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead corporate client acquisition and business expansion by pinpointing high-potential market opportunities and prioritizing key industries.
* Architect and execute strategic plans to onboard large corporate and enterprise clients, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
* Lead and motivate a high-performing team of B2B sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and exceed business objectives.

* Champion a culture of compliance, adhering to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk frameworks to mitigate risk and ensure sustainable growth.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Additional
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or other commercial roles, with at least 3 years in leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving B2B Sales, managing large accounts, and securing strategic partnerships.
- Experience within the fintech, telecommunications, or financial services sectors is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of mobile financial services and digital payment landscape in Bangladesh is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen with a results-driven approach for achieving growth objectives.
- Ability to travel as needed to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Fluent in Bengali and English (both written and spoken).
