Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead corporate client acquisition and business expansion by pinpointing high-potential market opportunities and prioritizing key industries. * Architect and execute strategic plans to onboard large corporate and enterprise clients, driving revenue growth and market penetration. * Lead and motivate a high-performing team of B2B sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and exceed business objectives. * Drive team success through targeted coaching, performance management, and data-driven execution, ensuring alignment with company goals. * Foster long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and clients, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support. * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to design and deliver tailored business solutions, ensuring seamless integration and client satisfaction. * Champion a culture of compliance, adhering to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk frameworks to mitigate risk and ensure sustainable growth.

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.

Additional

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or other commercial roles, with at least 3 years in leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving B2B Sales, managing large accounts, and securing strategic partnerships.
  • Experience within the fintech, telecommunications, or financial services sectors is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of mobile financial services and digital payment landscape in Bangladesh is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen with a results-driven approach for achieving growth objectives.
  • Ability to travel as needed to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Bengali and English (both written and spoken).
