Pathologist (Part Time)

* Drive the delivery of high-quality pathology services at SMC Diagnostic and Consultation Centre, ensuring exceptional patient care and satisfaction. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical specialists and support staff, to provide comprehensive outpatient services. * Lead the pathology function, working closely with specialists across various disciplines, including Medicine, Gynae & Obstetric, Cardiology, Paediatric, Orthopaedic, ENT, Dental, Eye, and Skin & VD. * Manage evening shift operations, working a minimum of three hours per shift, six days a week (except Friday), to provide timely and effective pathology services. * Architect and implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of pathology services, aligning with SMC's mission and values. * Foster a culture of excellence, driving continuous improvement and patient-centric care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. * Develop and maintain effective relationships with medical and non-medical personnel to ensure seamless service delivery and patient satisfaction.
