* Architect and deliver tailored teaching modules and lectures that drive student engagement and real-world application in agricultural and agro-industrial contexts * Lead dynamic, hands-on instruction that empowers students to excel in their academic pursuits * Drive curriculum development and maintenance, ensuring alignment with the latest agricultural and agro-industrial standards and best practices * Design, implement, and manage comprehensive assessment programs, including quizzes, presentations, and examinations, to evaluate student performance and progress * Serve as a trusted examiner for final board examinations, upholding academic rigor and integrity * Evaluate and compile student assessments with precision, maintaining transparent and accurate records * Stay up-to-date on admission protocols, curriculum structures, and grading schemes, as defined by the Bangladesh Technical Education Board * Monitor official updates and announcements from the BTEB to ensure institutional compliance and informed instruction * Develop and execute outreach initiatives, such as seminars and promotional campaigns, to raise the institute's profile and attract prospective students * Pursue ongoing professional development through seminars, symposia, workshops, and training sessions to enhance pedagogical expertise and stay current with industry advancements * Manage and oversee diverse institutional functions, including lab operations, farm management, library coordination, student hostel administration, and event planning * Foster a vibrant campus community by taking an active role in student life, promoting all-round development and well-being * Champion a culture of safety and safeguarding, ensuring the well-being and protection of team members and students from harm, abuse, and exploitation * Provide guidance, support, and expertise on safeguarding policies and procedures, promoting a safe and respectful working environment * Implement and promote safeguarding standards in all aspects of institutional life, reporting any incidents or concerns through established procedures * Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success and growth of the institution
