Program Officer-Community Mobilization, MMS Project (Contractual)

* Spearhead community mobilization efforts in assigned regions, driving project success under the guidance of the Deputy Manager/Sr. Program Executive. * Deliver on-site coaching and mentorship to field staff, including Paramedics, Community Mobilization staff, and Implementing Partner teams, to enhance skills in counseling, sales, and product knowledge. * Architect seamless product supply chains by collaborating with SMC Area Offices to ensure timely product requisition, availability, and distribution to GSMs. * Foster strong partnerships with Implementing Partners, working closely to achieve project objectives and drive impact. * Lead the selection process for prospective GSMs and design capacity-building initiatives, including basic and refresher training programs. * Oversee Community Mobilization activities, ensuring effective planning, budgeting, coordination, and logistics management to drive project efficiency. * Drive cross-functional collaboration with other field-level program teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
