Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead MTB Neo's strategic direction by harnessing data analytics and predictive modeling to propel digital expansion. • Uncover hidden opportunities for user acquisition, engagement, and retention by dissecting behavioral patterns, transactional trends, and funnel performance. • Inform product development by assessing the viability of new offerings and features through data-driven market research and performance forecasting. • Craft business cases for feature enhancements, backed by robust data analysis and insights. • Design and maintain intuitive dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators to track portfolio health and empower data-driven decision-making. • Optimize campaign effectiveness by analyzing results, identifying areas for improvement, and applying data-driven insights to refine seasonal, contextual, and ad-hoc campaigns. • Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to pinpoint emerging trends, industry benchmarks, and untapped growth opportunities. • Pioneer data-driven initiatives to elevate customer engagement, boost digital adoption, and foster a culture of data-informed innovation. • Foster cross-functional collaboration with product, technology, and UAT teams to ensure seamless data validation, performance tracking, and feature optimization. • Align stakeholders around shared growth objectives and customer experience goals, leveraging performance data and actionable insights to drive progress. • Develop and execute partnership strategies with key players (Telco, ICT, MFS, etc.) by analyzing market opportunities, sizing potential, and monitoring performance. • Architect data-inspired market communication campaigns, coordinating with media partners to ensure flawless execution and maximum impact.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business / Finance / IT or related field

Additional

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital payments, campaign, or communication within banking/fintech/MFS/telecom industry
  • Experience in data-driven campaign design across app, web, and digital channels
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and conversion optimization
  • Hands-on experience with campaign analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking
  • Ability to analyze customer behavior and generate insights to improve engagement and growth
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in banking communication
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Exposure to product launches and data-backed go-to-market planning
  • Basic understanding of UX writing and in-app communication
  • Strong execution skills with focus on timelines, quality, and measurable outcomes
