* Spearhead data validation to ensure accuracy and finalize reports. * Drive seamless data transfer from raw data to final reports, meeting customer specifications. * Architect high-quality test results and reports that exceed customer expectations. * Oversee report generation, adhering to customer-defined formats and requirements. * Ensure precise data transfer from test requisition forms to customer reports. * Collaborate with laboratory staff to resolve test-related matters and drive progress. * Monitor test timelines, liaising with laboratory supervisors to meet deadlines. * Manage complaint registration, corrective actions, and preventive measures. * Uphold client-agreed turnaround times, ensuring timely delivery of results. * Partner with QA teams to update records, aligning with quality policy requirements. * Maintain a safe and organized work environment through good housekeeping practices. * Develop and train staff on updates to buyer testing requirements, manuals, and SOPs. * Lead and evaluate the performance of coordination staff, driving continuous improvement.
