* Drive exceptional guest experiences by modeling and coaching hospitality standards, ensuring seamless execution of safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols. * Lead the team in addressing guest concerns, soliciting feedback, and providing timely resolutions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. * Empower team members to take ownership of guest needs, removing barriers to delivering exceptional hospitality and fostering a culture of respect and fairness. * Develop and support team members through coaching, training, and recognition, holding them accountable for performance and behavior. * Communicate effectively with the team on goals, performance, and shift objectives, ensuring everyone is aligned and focused on delivering excellence. * Identify and address staffing and performance issues, escalating concerns to the Guest Delight Manager as needed. * Champion in-store marketing promotions, execute new product rollouts, and maintain a well-organized and clean restaurant environment. * Leverage suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and revenue growth, addressing product issues promptly with the Cluster Manager. * Proactively solve problems, provide feedback, and suggest improvements to optimize restaurant performance and achieve business objectives. * Demonstrate flexibility in work schedules, adapting to changing business needs and priorities. * Collaborate with the management team to discuss issues, action plans, and shift objectives, ensuring a unified approach to achieving goals and results. * Engage the team in goal-setting, progress updates, and action planning, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful shift execution and achievement of objectives.
