Key Responsibilities

* Manage and process cash and bank transactions with precision and accuracy at the Regional Office. * Oversee daily financial reconciliations, including cash and bank statements, to ensure seamless operations. * Drive budget planning by preparing monthly money requisitions and ensuring timely submissions. * Architect efficient financial systems by preparing and verifying vouchers, bills, and regional expenditure reports. * Lead the payment process, ensuring timely settlement of approved bills and invoices. * Develop and maintain comprehensive financial statements, including monthly Receipt and Payment Statements. * Maintain meticulous records of stock, fixed assets, and other essential registers, ensuring data integrity and compliance. * Streamline regional staff administration by processing leave applications and providing support for personnel management. * Supervise and maintain the Regional Training Centre (RTC) and store facilities, ensuring a safe and organized environment. * Collaborate with regional management to oversee service staff performance and provide guidance as needed. * Ensure the secure storage and confidentiality of all correspondence, documents, files, and reports, maintaining the highest level of data protection and compliance.

Education

  • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
  • M.Com in Accounting or Finance
  • MBA in Accounting or Finance

  • Ability to maintain cash book
  • Ability to check all kinds of bills, vouchers and invoices
  • Ability to perform on tax, audit and VAT related issues
  • Self motivated and willingness to take challenges
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Internet
  • Experience in Tally Software
  • Drafting skills for communication and documentation
  • Ability to routine communication with partners
  • Knowledge on procurement of good & services
