Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets in a competitive real estate market
* Architect and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies, leveraging direct marketing, digital campaigns, and networking to identify and engage high-potential clients
* Deliver compelling project presentations, facilitate client meetings, and conduct site visits to showcase properties and build trust with prospective buyers
* Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing expert consultation and personalized support to drive sales conversions and customer loyalty
* Spearhead lead follow-up and conversion efforts, ensuring seamless handovers and maximizing sales opportunities
* Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date sales records, reports, and CRM data to inform sales strategies and optimize performance
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and legal, to ensure streamlined transaction processing and exceptional client experiences
* Stay ahead of industry trends, analyzing market insights and competitor activity to refine sales approaches and stay competitive
* Develop and execute tailored sales strategies, leveraging market knowledge and client feedback to drive business growth and achieve ambitious targets
