Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth by leveraging 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing to achieve targets and expand customer base.
* Lead customer engagement initiatives, including product promotions, client counseling, and corporate sales meetings to foster strong relationships.
* Architect and execute tailored sales strategies to meet individual client needs, ensuring seamless customer experiences and site visits.
* Manage and nurture existing and potential customer relationships through regular sales visits, follow-ups, and effective communication.
* Develop and maintain a robust client database (CRM) to track interactions, preferences, and sales performance.
* Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about real estate trends, competitor offerings, and market fluctuations, informing sales strategies and optimizing results.
* Implement recommended sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed desired sales targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
