* Lead the installation, construction, modification, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical apparatuses, and fire safety equipment to ensure optimal functionality. * Drive the inspection, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, including cleaning and troubleshooting of key components such as evaporator drain pans, filters, and coils. * Manage the maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems through regular checks and proactive troubleshooting to prevent faults and errors. * Architect and execute the installation of AC units, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. * Execute electrical system installations, repairs, and maintenance, including power supply wiring and conduit installation for industrial machinery and equipment. * Troubleshoot and replace faulty electrical components, such as relays, switches, and sensing devices, using hand tools to minimize downtime. * Monitor and maintain electrical panels to ensure safe and efficient operation. * Conduct routine inspections of fire safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, alarms, and sprinkler systems, to identify potential issues. * Install, maintain, and repair fire safety equipment to ensure it is in working order and compliant with regulations. * Perform preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled to prevent equipment failures and ensure continuous operation. * Identify and troubleshoot faults in firefighting systems to minimize risks and ensure effective emergency response. * Collaborate with supervisors to perform additional operation-related functions as required.
