Key Responsibilities

* Drive production efficiency by implementing feasible methods and ensuring seamless execution. * Architect and deliver accurate Standard Minute Values (SMV) to the Marketing team, aligned with Global Sourcing Guidelines (GSD). * Facilitate collaborative risk assessment with relevant stakeholders during Pre-Production (PP) meetings for new styles. * Spearhead process improvements, updating SMV, and implementing changes to optimize production workflows. * Design and issue optimized layouts to maximize resource utilization and efficiency. * Balance workload across sections and lines, ensuring equitable human resource allocation and utilization. * Collaborate with the pre-production team to mitigate risks identified during the sampling stage. * Ensure bulk sewing methods are validated before line feeding, and lines are balanced to achieve planned efficiency targets within the first 500 pieces. * Establish and monitor processes, setting targets to track output and drive performance. * Develop and implement operator evaluation procedures, updating skill matrices to align with production requirements and team member compensation. * Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Efficiency Optimization System (EOS) to enhance overall productivity. * Introduce process and motion analysis to optimize SMV and reduce waste. * Lead, motivate, and develop subordinates to achieve business objectives, providing training, appraisal, and feedback. * Monitor and support subordinates in their daily routines and work actions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * Ensure adherence to Epyllion Group policies, buyer requirements, and local laws, maintaining a compliant and responsible work environment. * Foster a culture of functional reporting, goal alignment, and performance evaluation, conducting regular monthly touch-base meetings. * Empower subordinates to take ownership of their duties and responsibilities, as outlined in organizational policies.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

Additional

  • Strong expertise in SMV calculation, method study, line balancing, and capacity planning.
  • Hands-on experience in Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Proficiency in IE software/tools and advanced Excel reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
