Field Officer

* Spearhead community mobilization efforts, fostering strong relationships with local stakeholders and authorities to drive project success. * Architect and deliver tailored WASH interventions, assessing community needs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize impact. * Lead training sessions and workshops, providing capacity-building opportunities for key stakeholders and changemakers on WASH best practices. * Drive partnership development, maintaining healthy relationships with government counterparts, community leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure effective WASH management. * Manage and coordinate community user groups, including the establishment of effective WASH committees to promote sustainability. * Design and implement comprehensive training programs, complete with schedules and modules, to enhance community capacity. * Develop and disseminate project briefs, reports, and lessons learned to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. * Represent the organization externally, serving as a key ambassador and advocate for WASH initiatives. * Oversee and manage WASH activities, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to project goals and donor obligations. * Collaborate with colleagues to maintain accurate records of beneficiaries, track progress, and inform data-driven decision-making. * Facilitate community sensitization and mobilization efforts, promoting project awareness and participation among key stakeholders.
