* Spearhead financial data management by preparing and posting adjustment journal vouchers in Tally Software, ensuring seamless accounting processes. * Drive accurate financial recording by posting bank and cash payment vouchers in Tally Software, maintaining meticulous documentation and adherence to financial protocols. * Oversee supplier relationships by maintaining control ledgers, verifying payable amounts, and ensuring timely settlements. * Architect and maintain comprehensive books of accounts, guaranteeing precision and compliance with financial regulations. * Ensure stringent financial controls by verifying approval of all bills and vouchers by authorized personnel, upholding the highest standards of financial governance. * Conduct periodic cash balance reconciliations, aligning cash book, advance, and physical cash balances to prevent discrepancies. * Develop and submit monthly bank reconciliation statements, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making. * Collaborate with management to undertake special projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to organizational objectives.
