• Lead the setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery to ensure seamless production. • Drive documentation excellence by creating and sharing records, reports, and calculations with stakeholders. • Architect and fabricate production machines and parts using design tools like SolidWorks and AutoCAD, and interpret results to inform improvements. • Optimize machine performance by operating equipment at agreed-upon efficiencies and maximizing utilization across all production units. • Manage inventory levels of process machinery and spare parts to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive engineering history file, including drawings and validation documents. • Craft and review engineering standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ISO documents in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) guidelines. • Champion preventive maintenance programs for all machinery, following established guidelines and checklists to prevent breakdowns. • Mobilize cross-functional teams to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production machines. • Collaborate with supplier experts and in-house engineering teams to install, commission, operate, and validate new machinery, ensuring smooth integration and optimal performance.
