* Spearhead communication with cross-functional teams, including order management and suppliers, to secure competitive pricing and confirm orders. * Drive the order fulfillment process from sampling to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution. * Lead the sourcing of fabrics, accessories, and other materials from local and international markets, while overseeing sample development and production. * Identify, qualify, and manage a network of reliable vendors, monitoring production workflows to ensure quality and compliance. * Negotiate pricing agreements that balance customer needs with vendor capabilities, driving mutually beneficial partnerships. * Architect and implement seamless merchandising operations, streamlining processes and eliminating bottlenecks. * Leverage expertise in pricing, fabric selection, and consumption to inform strategic decision-making and optimize order fulfillment. * Foster strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration. * Maintain close ties with head office and supplier networks, ensuring alignment and facilitating issue resolution. * Provide regular progress updates and insights to the Head of Department, informing business strategy and growth initiatives.
