Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead first-level support, delivering prompt resolutions to ERP-related issues and requests through online platforms and onsite visits.
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic ERP issues, including data inconsistencies, user errors, and minor configuration adjustments, to ensure seamless system operation.
* Empower end-users by providing expert guidance, training, and support on ERP system functionalities, features, and best practices.
* Drive system maintenance, performing routine checks, monitoring performance, and safeguarding data integrity and security within the ERP environment.
* Identify and escalate complex issues to specialized teams, ensuring thorough documentation and seamless knowledge transfer.
* Architect and maintain comprehensive documentation of issues, solutions, and system changes, enabling easy access and reference for future support.
* Foster collaborative relationships with technical and functional teams to address recurring issues, develop long-term solutions, and enhance overall system performance.
* Facilitate the deployment of system updates, patches, and enhancements, minimizing disruptions to end-users and ensuring a smooth transition.
* Collect and communicate user feedback to the development team, informing system enhancements and driving improvements to user experience.
* Deliver hands-on support during ERP system implementations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring successful transitions and minimal downtime.
