Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the management of employee data in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Champion the onboarding process for new hires, streamlining documentation and compliance.
* Drive offboarding efficiency, conducting exit interviews and facilitating the return of company assets.
* Partner with the payroll team to guarantee precise and prompt payroll processing.
* Resolve employee inquiries related to payroll, HR policies, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
* Foster a culture of compliance, ensuring HR practices adhere to labor laws and regulations.
* Stay abreast of employment law updates, analyzing potential impacts on HR operations and recommending adjustments.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive HR documentation, including employee policies and procedures.
* Architect and coordinate HR events, initiatives, and training programs that engage and inform employees.
* Disseminate key HR information to employees through multiple channels, promoting transparency and awareness.
* Co-create training materials and resources that enhance employee knowledge and performance.
Requirements
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
