Key Responsibilities

* Drive exceptional client experiences by delivering top-notch service and ensuring seamless issue resolution. * Identify and troubleshoot complex problems, developing targeted solutions to meet client needs. * Spearhead day-to-day operations, accepting new challenges and responsibilities to propel team success. * Manage and motivate a high-performing service team, fostering a culture of excellence in after-sales support. * Analyze and report on fault trends, informing key stakeholders and implementing process improvements. * Uphold organizational standards, maintaining a professional demeanor while interacting with clients. * Collaborate with the service department to share knowledge, best practices, and real-time updates. * Conduct site visits to monitor client satisfaction, providing expert guidance and recommending essential accessories. * Lead the service team with vision and strategic direction, ensuring alignment with company goals. * Architect and implement process enhancements, driving continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery. * Execute special projects and tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a growth mindset.
