Treasurer - Rupayan University

* Spearhead the university's financial operations, driving strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure transparency and accountability. * Architect and implement forward-thinking financial strategies, policies, and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and institutional objectives. * Manage and optimize the university's financial resources, ensuring prudent utilization, control, and protection of funds and assets. * Develop and present comprehensive financial plans, including annual budgets, forecasts, and statements, to inform decision-making by the Board of Trustees and relevant stakeholders. * Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with key external partners, including banks, auditors, regulatory bodies, and government agencies. * Ensure rigorous compliance with UGC guidelines, tax laws, and other statutory requirements, mitigating risk and upholding the university's reputation. * Provide expert financial counsel to the Vice Chancellor and senior leadership, driving informed decision-making and strategic growth. * Oversee treasury operations, guiding fund management, investment planning, and risk management to optimize returns and support the university's mission.
