Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead daily sales operations and trade marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
• Foster and strengthen trade relationships with key stakeholders, including traders and customers.
• Analyze market trends to forecast demand and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent performance.
• Drive market share expansion through strategic planning and sustainable growth initiatives.
• Lead market research and validation efforts to identify new business opportunities and authorize potential distributors.
• Architect and execute distribution strategies to maximize product reach and availability.
• Identify underperforming distributors, develop corrective action plans, and manage the appointment or termination of distributors as needed.
• Investigate and resolve distribution-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize damage and optimize results.
• Monitor and analyze market intelligence, tracking competitor activity and internal sales performance to inform data-driven decisions.
• Oversee distributor credit management, promoting cash-based transactions and ensuring timely payments.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales team capabilities, boosting individual performance and overall sales success.
