Key Responsibilities

* Architect and implement a comprehensive examination framework, driving strategic growth and adherence to global academic standards. * Oversee and govern all examination processes, from scheduling to result publication, ensuring seamless execution and academic integrity. * Champion academic excellence, transparency, and compliance, safeguarding the University's reputation and adhering to regulatory requirements. * Drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge digital examination management systems, automating academic records and enhancing operational efficiency. * Lead high-performing examination office teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and exceptional service delivery. * Collaborate with faculties, departments, and academic committees to ensure cohesive exam execution, addressing challenges and opportunities with agility and expertise. * Manage academic records, transcripts, certificates, and grading systems with precision, ensuring data integrity and compliance. * Ensure timely and accurate publication of results, maintaining zero-error tolerance and upholding the highest operational standards. * Resolve escalations, grievances, and academic audit requirements with professionalism, authority, and a student-centric approach. * Inform and shape institutional policy as a key member of senior academic governance, driving strategic growth and academic excellence.

Requirements

Education

  • Master's degree from a recognized university (minimum Second Class or CGPA equivalent)

Additional

  • At least 10 years of experience in administration role
  • At least 5 years in a senior examination leadership role, such as Deputy Controller of Examinations or equivalent position
  • Deep understanding of university examination systems, academic governance, and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong experience with academic ERP/digital examination systems is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large administrative teams in a structured academic environment
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and institutional discipline
  • Strong communication, crisis management, and decision-making capabilities
  • Strategic thinking and an institutional development mindset
  • Academic governance and policy leadership
  • Process excellence and operational control
  • Stakeholder management across academic leadership and faculty bodies
