Senior Accounts Officer

* Spearhead petty cash management, ensuring seamless day-to-day financial operations * Oversee bill verification, processing, and payment, including cheque disbursement and forwarding for payment * Develop and deliver monthly sales reports for finished goods, providing key insights for business growth * Drive revenue reporting for GMTO, preparing and submitting monthly reports to inform strategic decisions * Architect and issue monthly sales invoices for toll manufacturing, ensuring timely and accurate billing * Manage utility bill payments, processing electricity and gas bills through banking channels * Monitor and track scrap sales, ensuring prompt cash deposits into the bank * Provide backup support for VAT challan preparation, ensuring compliance and continuity in the absence of VAT personnel
