Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead order development, costing, and sampling processes to drive efficiency and productivity. * Review and analyze buyer tech packs, specifications, and order details to inform strategic decisions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including factories, production, planning, and suppliers, to ensure seamless operations and alignment. * Architect raw material sourcing, procurement, and approval processes to meet deadlines and quality standards. * Oversee production progress, quality control, and planning to meet shipment timelines and customer expectations. * Proactively identify and resolve production and supply chain issues to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity. * Drive compliance with factory policies, buyer requirements, local laws, and other regulatory frameworks. * Manage Time & Action (T&A) calendars and deadlines to ensure timely execution and delivery. * Develop and maintain comprehensive merchandising documentation and reports to inform business decisions. * Validate order feasibility with internal stakeholders, including knitting, dyeing, finishing, and sewing departments. * Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth, expansion, and innovation. * Deliver exceptional results against key performance indicators, including: * On-time sample submission and approval * On-time shipment performance * Order execution accuracy * Cost control and margin achievement * High buyer satisfaction levels

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
  • B.Sc in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or related field

Additional

  • Strong knowledge of knit fabrics
  • Understanding of knitting, dyeing, finishing, and garment production processes
  • Knowledge of costing and consumption calculation
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management and multitasking ability
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Working knowledge in ERP systems, MS Office Excel
