* Spearhead process flow improvements by designing and optimizing facility layouts to maximize efficiency and reduce operating time * Drive lean initiatives by analyzing Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and implementing various lean tools to enhance plant operations * Lead Kaizen events and coach teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement * Architect and implement balanced work distribution procedures to ensure equal workload allocation, reduce excess manpower, and boost production * Develop and maintain an Operators' skill inventory grading system to track and improve operator proficiency * Analyze product styles to identify critical paths and optimize sample development, including C&M costing and SMV calculations * Oversee the SMV Calculation team to ensure accurate costing using historical data and industry benchmarks * Optimize resource utilization by leveraging 2M and analyzing departmental workloads to propose lean structures * Drive SAM savings by analyzing and planning process improvements, motion analysis, and innovation * Pioneer research and development of easy process methods prior to sample development, focusing on method innovation and SMV reduction * Champion automation initiatives by suggesting process automation opportunities and guiding the RDD team to increase automation coverage * Collaborate with the BD FLAP team to develop business logic and drive process improvements through automation and innovation
