Project Coordinator

* Lead the development and execution of project strategies to achieve timely, quality, and effective delivery of anticipatory humanitarian actions. * Architect and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with donor objectives and organizational goals. * Drive the coordination of training, meetings, workshops, and seminars to build capacity and foster collaboration among stakeholders. * Manage the selection process for direct beneficiaries, ensuring transparency, accountability, and fairness. * Foster community engagement by forming and mobilizing community-based organizations, promoting a culture of preparedness through targeted meetings, training, and workshops. * Design and deliver Early Action Protocol (EAP) dissemination workshops at various levels, including Upazila, District, and Divisional levels. * Implement forecast-based early actions, rolling out the National Early Action Plan (NEAP) and driving project impact. * Champion local-level advocacy initiatives, promoting project objectives and fostering stakeholder engagement. * Provide technical support to consortium partners, including Action Against Hunger (ACF) and technical partners like RIMES, for data collection, analysis, and report preparation. * Build and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and donors, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a learning-oriented approach. * Develop and strengthen the capacity of project team members, ensuring effective and quality project implementation. * Oversee project monitoring and coordination, working closely with donor representatives and organizational management to ensure project success.
