AI/ML & Full-Stack Developer (Image Processing)

* Architect and deploy machine learning models for image analysis, leveraging Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and expertise in satellite, drone, and aerial imagery. * Develop and manage end-to-end image processing pipelines, encompassing preprocessing, augmentation, and georeferencing-aware workflows. * Drive the development of full-stack web applications using Next.js and Node.js, integrating trained AI models through robust, well-documented APIs. * Lead the design and implementation of scalable, production-quality codebases in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, bridging the two stacks to ensure seamless integration. * Integrate Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities to enhance application functionality, such as assisted search and summarization, and leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development. * Manage data handling practices, including ingestion, storage, labeling workflows, dataset and model versioning, and reproducibility of training runs, to ensure data integrity and reliability. * Collaborate in system design discussions, weighing trade-offs between on-device and server-side inference, batch and real-time processing, and self-hosted and managed services, to inform pragmatic engineering decisions. * Develop and maintain high-quality, well-tested code, participate in code reviews, and document architecture, APIs, and model behavior to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration. * Champion best practices in software development, ensuring maintainable, efficient, and scalable code that meets the needs of the organization and its users.
