MIS Cum Sales Admin

* Drive business insights by generating daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, segmented by territory, product, and region. * Architect and maintain robust sales databases, dashboards, and MIS systems to ensure seamless data flow. * Analyze sales trends, stock movement, and market performance to inform strategic business decisions. * Lead data quality initiatives, ensuring accuracy, validation, and timely submission of reports to management stakeholders. * Develop and implement automated reporting solutions using Excel or ERP systems to enhance efficiency. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Territory Officers, and Regional Managers, to gather data and drive business outcomes. * Manage sales order processing, invoicing, and delivery tracking to ensure smooth operations. * Monitor and optimize stock availability and distribution across depots to meet customer demands. * Support sales forecasting and target tracking, providing actionable insights to drive business growth. * Track and evaluate dealer/distributor performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate and confidential records. * Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams to drive business alignment and synergy. * Assist in developing sales presentations, review reports, and business analysis to inform strategic decisions. * Track and analyze promotional campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for future initiatives. * Embrace a culture of continuous improvement, assisting in ERP/CRM system updates and process enhancements as needed.
