* জাতীয় পর্যায়ে বেসরকারী উন্নয়ন সংস্থার কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করুন
* শিক্ষা, চিকিৎসা, গৃহায়ন, লাইভস্টোক, সোলার ও রেমিট্যান্স কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়ন করুন
* ১৭টি জেলায় ১৮০ শাখার মাধ্যমে ক্ষুদ্রঋণ পরিষেবা প্রদান করুন
* পিকেএসএফ এর সহযোগিতায় সংস্থার লক্ষ্য অর্জনে অবদান রাখুন
* দক্ষ ও অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের নিকট হতে দরখাস্ত আহ্বান করা হচ্ছে যারা ক্ষুদ্রঋণ সেক্টরে যোগ্যতা সম্পন্ন এবং আগ্রহী।
