CAMLCO (upto DMD)

* Spearhead the AML & Compliance Division, driving adherence to Bangladesh Bank AML/CFT guidelines, Money Laundering Prevention Act, and international standards. * Foster strategic relationships as the primary liaison with the Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU). * Architect and implement robust AML/CFT policies, procedures, and monitoring frameworks across the Bank. * Ensure seamless submission of STR/SAR and other regulatory reports to BFIU, meeting stringent deadlines. * Oversee comprehensive KYC/CDD compliance across all branches, agent banking, and digital channels, mitigating risk and ensuring regulatory alignment. * Conduct rigorous compliance testing, monitoring, and internal reviews to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures. * Design and deliver targeted training and awareness programs on AML/CFT and Compliance for all staff levels, promoting a culture of compliance. * Provide expert compliance guidance and advisory services to senior management and the Board, informing strategic decision-making. * Deliver regular compliance updates and insights to the Board Audit Committee/Compliance Committee, ensuring transparency and accountability. * Drive follow-up actions on regulatory inspections, audit findings, and implementation of recommendations, ensuring prompt remediation. * Champion a proactive and responsive compliance culture, addressing emerging risks and opportunities as assigned by senior management.
