* Drive legal excellence in land-related matters, providing expert guidance on compliance, disputes, and statutory requirements to ensure seamless operations. * Conduct thorough land due diligence, analyzing historical records and verifying ownership, encumbrances, and legal risks through strategic coordination with authorities. * Oversee land surveys and physical verifications to guarantee boundary accuracy, possession status, and identify potential encroachment issues, ensuring proactive risk management. * Architect and review land documents, including sale deeds, lease agreements, and powers of attorney, in both Bengali and English, to facilitate efficient transactions. * Lead land acquisition processes, navigating title clearance, registration, stamp duty, and mutation, while ensuring meticulous adherence to legal requirements. * Manage land litigation, eviction, and dispute resolution, collaborating with external lawyers, supporting court proceedings, and advising on strategic legal actions to minimize risk. * Foster strong relationships with government authorities to ensure compliance with land use, zoning, and regulatory approvals, while maintaining meticulous land records and staying abreast of legal updates.
