Brand Technical Manager / Assistant Manager – American Eagle

• Spearhead brand quality assurance initiatives, driving compliance with AEO and A&F standards through rigorous process management. • Architect quality control frameworks for washing and cut & sew production, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outputs. • Design, deploy, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline quality management and optimize efficiency. • Champion brand-specific quality guidelines and compliance requirements, guaranteeing production processes meet exacting standards. • Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including production, technical, and washing teams, to ensure consistent product quality. • Conduct thorough quality audits, inspections, and process reviews to pinpoint areas for improvement and inform data-driven decisions. • Deliver technical expertise and training to quality teams and factory staff, empowering them to drive quality excellence. • Analyze quality KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective actions to minimize defects and maximize product quality. • Facilitate open communication with brand representatives and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency. • Promote a culture of excellence, safety, and efficiency by upholding 6S and safety protocols in the factory environment.
