• Spearhead tender opportunity identification and evaluation across government and private sectors to drive business growth. • Architect and refine tender proposals, documents, and bid submissions to ensure precision and competitiveness. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Technical, to gather accurate inputs and inform tender strategies. • Ensure strict adherence to tender requirements, legal standards, and regulatory frameworks to mitigate risk. • Develop and execute pricing strategies and cost estimation models to optimize bid submissions. • Expedite tender submissions within deadlines, utilizing both manual and e-tender portals to streamline the process. • Maintain meticulous records and databases of tender documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance. • Analyze tender status, results, and competitor activity to inform future tender strategies and improve performance. • Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders through proactive communication and clarification. • Negotiate and finalize contracts post-tender, driving mutually beneficial agreements. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of awarded contracts to identify areas for improvement and optimize outcomes.
