Head of Health Program

* Drive the development and execution of ESDO's Health Program strategy, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence * Architect the integration of health services with microfinance, nutrition, and community development initiatives to maximize impact * Spearhead the scaling and management of Aroggya Choa health centers, ensuring seamless integration with microfinance branches * Foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to leverage resources, expertise, and funding for the Health Program * Manage and mentor a high-performing team to deliver quality health services, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement * Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decision-making * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with ESDO's overall mission, vision, and strategic objectives * Lead the development of business cases, proposals, and reports to secure funding, resources, and support for the Health Program * Drive innovation and stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in health service delivery to inform program development and improvement * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ESDO's policies and procedures * Represent ESDO in national and international forums, promoting the organization's health program and thought leadership in the sector * Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure effective resource allocation and program sustainability * Facilitate knowledge sharing, capacity building, and training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of health program staff * Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, donors, and other stakeholders to advance ESDO's health program and mission
