Key Responsibilities
* Drive the development and execution of ESDF's overall marketing strategy, leveraging market intelligence and business acumen to propel sales growth and brand positioning across diverse product lines.
* Spearhead market research and analysis, uncovering trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor insights to inform data-driven business decisions and expansion strategies.
* Architect and expand efficient distribution networks, fostering partnerships with key stakeholders, including dealers, agents, and corporate buyers, to ensure product availability and market penetration.
* Lead the design and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns, both offline and digital, to build a strong brand identity and drive revenue growth, while managing a high-performing marketing and sales team.
* Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for ESDF's key products and services, including agro-processing, food products, hospitality, and ecotourism, to drive sales and revenue growth.
* Strengthen ESDF's brand identity and positioning in competitive markets, leveraging digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media platforms to engage customers and promote products.
* Set and monitor sales targets, developing KPI-driven systems and reporting mechanisms to optimize performance and inform growth strategies.
* Forge strategic alliances with distributors, retailers, and investors, exploring new market opportunities and driving business expansion through proposal development and partnership building.
* Analyze sales data and market trends, using insights to optimize marketing strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive continuous growth and improvement.
Requirements
Education
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Additional
- Proven experience in FMCG, agro-products, construction materials, or hospitality sector
- Strong expertise in market research, distribution systems, and brand management
- Experience in social enterprise or development-linked business
- Strategic thinking and business leadership
- Strong analytical and market insight capability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
