Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the acquisition of new payroll clients, fostering strategic partnerships with corporates, factories, and institutions to drive business growth. * Architect and execute tailored retention strategies, conducting regular business reviews to ensure long-term client relationships. * Drive sales performance, building and maintaining a robust pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. * Leverage cross-selling opportunities, promoting the bank's diverse product portfolio, including personal, auto, home, credit card, and debit card offerings. * Champion digital banking adoption, increasing penetration and usage among clients to enhance their banking experience. * Fuel CASA growth by securing bulk salary account acquisitions, expanding the bank's customer base and deposit portfolio. * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned payroll clients, delivering exceptional service and support to ensure high client satisfaction. * Collaborate with operations and service teams to resolve client issues promptly, ensuring seamless issue resolution and minimal disruption to clients. * Develop a deep understanding of clients' HR and payroll processes, designing customized payroll solutions that meet their unique needs and preferences. * Orchestrate smooth onboarding and implementation processes, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. * Ensure precise and timely salary disbursements, maintaining operational accuracy and upholding the bank's commitment to excellence.

Skills

Strong sales and negotiation skillsProblem-solvingClient-centric mindsetExcellent communication and presentation abilityProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with CRM tools and digital onboarding platforms

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA preferred

Additional

  • 8 years+ experience in Payroll banking / liability sales / corporate sales
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management
