WASH Field Assistant

* Drive the implementation of WASH project activities in Health Care Facilities, adhering to WASH FIT guidelines and WHO/UNICEF standards to achieve high-quality results. * Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and annual activity plans, ensuring alignment with the project work plan and methodology. * Lead the preparation of progress reports, monitoring achievements, and utilizing project monitoring tools to track performance. * Collaborate with the "Advocacy & IPC" Supervisor to facilitate daily operations, including volunteer payment, event organization, and WASH message dissemination. * Design and deliver promotional approaches to engage Health Care Facility groups, generating support and buy-in for WASH initiatives. * Foster strong relationships with HCF personnel, LGIs representatives, and volunteers to ensure efficient WASH activity implementation. * Participate in WASH training programs, enhancing knowledge and skills to drive project success. * Conduct data collection, assessment, and monitoring at HCFs, following WASH FIT guidelines and supporting the MEAL department in survey data collection. * Support the construction, operation, and maintenance of WASH facilities, developing improvement plans based on WASH FIT assessments. * Identify and coordinate with beneficiaries, HCF representatives, and health department officials to plan meetings and sessions. * Manage documentation, including event plans, payment records, and maintenance materials stock registers, ensuring transparency and accountability. * Facilitate orientations, meetings, and training for the WASH project team, volunteers, and HCF representatives, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing. * Architect and implement effective communication strategies, ensuring seamless coordination and information exchange among stakeholders.
