Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead strategic initiatives, driving business growth and expansion in the real estate market, while ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder satisfaction. * Architect and execute corporate strategy, expansion plans, and long-term business goals, in collaboration with the CEO, to achieve sustainable growth and market dominance. * Drive project execution, leveraging market trends, land acquisition opportunities, and competitive positioning to inform business decisions and optimize results. * Foster strong stakeholder relationships, guiding sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets, and maintaining key relationships with buyers, brokers, landowners, and corporate clients. * Lead high-value negotiations, customer escalations, and credit realization efforts, while identifying opportunities for repeated investment and business growth. * Manage financial performance, assisting in budgeting, cash-flow planning, and monitoring, to ensure cost control, profitability, and revenue growth. * Collaborate with finance teams to negotiate with banks, investors, and joint-venture partners, securing favorable agreements and driving business success. * Provide inspirational leadership to department heads and senior managers, promoting talent development, performance management, and succession planning, to build a high-performing team. * Champion ethical business practices, corporate governance, and transparency, ensuring a strong and responsible organizational culture. * Design and implement exceptional customer experiences, establishing service standards, monitoring customer complaints, and ensuring timely resolution, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Pioneer automation and digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvement, leading system changes, and preparing employees for a more efficient and competitive business environment. * Foster cross-functional collaboration, working closely with sales, marketing, finance, engineering, and legal teams, to ensure risk awareness, mitigate potential threats, and drive business success. * Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, legal, and financial risks, developing proactive strategies to ensure business continuity, compliance, and governance, while maintaining strong internal controls and transparency.

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
