• Spearhead the Production (Sewing) Department, driving daily operations to meet production targets and buyer-required quality standards. • Boost productivity by closely monitoring hourly production, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency. • Architect and execute plans to maximize resource utilization, minimize unnecessary costs, and optimize production processes. • Oversee sewing and finishing operations, tracking First Pass Yield (FPY) and efficiency to achieve exceptional quality and productivity. • Lead cross-functional collaborations with various teams, including Cutting, QAD, IED, PPC, MCD, WHS, VAP, and Merchandising, to ensure seamless production workflows. • Drive employee engagement and productivity by supervising, leading, and managing the production process, while fostering positive relationships with staff and sewers to promote attendance and retention. • Ensure strict adherence to technical standards, verifying that critical information is effectively communicated to team members during new layout implementations and style changes. • Manage and control materials, equipment, and accessories in sewing and ironing sections to guarantee daily operational readiness. • Implement and maintain a disciplined and organized sewing section, adhering to 6S requirements and promoting a culture of excellence.
