* Spearhead daily warehouse operations, encompassing receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to drive efficiency and productivity. * Architect and maintain meticulous records of product inventory, including stock levels, expiry dates, and batch numbers to ensure data accuracy. * Drive stock movement using First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) methods to minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover. * Conduct daily stock reconciliations, identifying and addressing discrepancies promptly to maintain inventory accuracy. * Lead and supervise warehouse staff, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of excellence. * Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to ensure seamless coordination, timely delivery, and exceptional customer service. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all inward and outward goods, ensuring compliance and transparency. * Execute regular physical stock audits, reconciliations, and cycle counts to guarantee inventory integrity. * Coordinate with courier services and internal logistics teams to ensure swift and reliable delivery of orders to regional hubs and retailers. * Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures, including proper storage conditions, packaging quality, and workplace safety protocols. * Prepare and submit daily reports to management, providing insights into warehouse operations and performance. * Champion a culture of safety and hygiene, maintaining impeccable warehouse conditions and adhering to regulatory standards. * Key performance metrics include: * Maximizing inventory accuracy to minimize discrepancies between physical stock and system records. * Achieving a high order fulfillment rate, ensuring orders are delivered in full and on time. * Optimizing stock turnover to quickly move cosmetics products through the warehouse. * Effectively controlling operational costs, including labor, packaging, and utilities expenses.
