Medical Officer / Senior Medical Officer

* Lead comprehensive patient assessments, incorporating medical history and physical examinations to inform treatment decisions. * Architect personalized screening protocols for foot, neuropathy, vascular, and related conditions, interpreting findings to develop targeted treatment plans. * Drive wound management strategies, performing regular dressings, monitoring healing progress, and updating treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes. * Manage acute and chronic wounds, including diabetic and post-surgical cases, while maintaining rigorous infection control practices. * Deliver therapy-based patient care, supervising treatment sessions, conducting pre- and post-session assessments, and ensuring patient safety. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patients undergoing advanced therapies and leverage clinical systems to enhance care. * Support consultants in Operation Theatre procedures, providing pre-operative and post-operative patient care, and ensuring seamless patient preparation and documentation. * Act as a Duty Doctor for admitted patients, conducting daily rounds, monitoring progress, and handling emergency situations with urgency and expertise. * Analyze clinical data, track patient outcomes, and contribute to research initiatives, audits, and protocol improvements to advance evidence-based practices. * Foster a culture of collaboration, working closely with consultants, senior doctors, nursing staff, and assistants to drive exceptional patient care. * Champion compliance with clinical protocols, hospital standards, and accurate medical record-keeping (EHR). * Participate in outreach programs, including screening camps and external initiatives, to extend care beyond traditional boundaries.
