Junior Technician

* Spearhead the installation of a wide range of transmitters, including temperature, pressure, flow, level, and analyzer detectors, to ensure seamless process control. * Design and implement tubing and fitting systems for control valves, shutoff valves, PSV, and PCV, driving efficient system performance. * Oversee the testing and maintenance of instruments, guaranteeing optimal functionality and precision. * Manage the installation and termination of various cables, including instrument, control, power, and communication cables, to facilitate reliable connectivity to PLC/DCS cabinets. * Architect and install DCS workstations, network switches, servers, and UPS systems in DCS server rooms and control rooms, ensuring robust infrastructure. * Drive daily operations, including shift handling, generating detailed reports in MS Excel, and coordinating item storage and management, to maintain a high level of productivity and organization.
