Unit Head - Corporate Business (SAVP - SVP)

* Spearhead the Unit's business strategy, driving growth, portfolio expansion, and team excellence in alignment with the Bank's priorities and risk framework. * Architect and execute the Unit's day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service, transaction processing, and issue resolution. * Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to fuel loan and deposit portfolio growth through proactive business development and strategic client engagement. * Lead and develop high-performing Relationship Management teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to drive new business acquisition and existing relationship expansion. * Oversee credit portfolio performance, driving timely recovery of due and overdue accounts, and ensuring sound credit risk management practices. * Assess and enhance team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and development support to foster a culture of excellence. * Drive credit proposal development, ensuring sound structuring and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. * Present business cases, portfolio reviews, and credit proposals to senior management, boards, and auditors, providing strategic insights and recommendations. * Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient approval processing, transaction execution, and seamless customer experience. * Evaluate and recommend performance assessments for team members, upholding objectivity, fairness, and transparency. * Inform and shape the Bank's corporate business planning and growth agenda, providing strategic market intelligence and input to drive business expansion and success.
